I wanted to tell you how pleased we were with your service today at 1421 Limetree Lane in Irving, TX. Besides neatly trimming our trees, they removed a very large, tall, landmark cottenwood tree from our front yard. I have observed lumberjacks at work in the states of Washington and Oregon and I must say that your guys worked like true lumberjacks. They were quick, efficient and very cautious. The old cottonwood tree was situated between a good sized live oak and the house. Limbs could easily have fallen on the roof had your trained staff not been expert at handling the ropes and the saws so as to deflect the falling limbs to designated safe places they had selected. It was fascinating to watch them. When the tree was down they made fast work of hauling the limbs off and cleaning up every trace of debris. Later, they did a wonderful job of stump grinding and left the area clean and neat. Their workers were very courteous and helpful and we appreciated the professional way in which they handled their job. We would not hesitate to recommend Lumberjack Tree Services to anyone needing landscape services or tree removal.

You were so understanding when I first spoke with you about the problems I was having with another tree service. I was truly impressed at how prompt Lumberjack was at answering my phone call. I had called another tree service twice and they have not yet returned my call. I highly recommend Derek Hebert and Lumberjack Tree Service. I have found the company to be honest, extremely professional and courteous. Not only does the company have these desirable qualities, but also they are very good at their job. I have used the company twice and would not consider using anyone else in the future but Lumberjack Tree Service.

I contacted Lumberjack to complete some extensive pruning work around my house. Within one day of my call, Derek Hebert, the owner, personally came to my house and completed his estimate to do the work. When the crew arrived, they noticed that one of the trees on my house had suffered major structural damage. The crew leader showed me the problem and discussed potential remedies for the tree. Derek personally contacted me while I was talking with the crew to discuss options for the tree. The crew leader suggested that the tree may pose a hazard, even if bolts and cables were utilized to secure the damaged portions of the tree. Derek provided me with options for saving the tree. Based upon the information provided to me, my husband and I decided to have the tree cut down. The crew immediately cut down the tree, even though this clearly added more time to their visit that originally contemplated. After all of the work was completed, the crew leader escorted me around the property to ensure my satisfaction.

I have already recommended the company to several family members and friends and have told them how pleased I am with their work and their integrity. A+++++++.
